Thy Kingdom Come (TKC) is a global ecumenical prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray from Ascension to Pentecost for more people to come to know Jesus. To mark the 10th anniversary, this year’s focus will be the Lord’s Prayer.
Whether you have joined in ‘Thy Kingdom Come’ before or not, we invite you to take part.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
There are three main ways for parishes and schools to engage with this year’s campaign:
Gather – all together in church or school
Together – meeting in smaller groups
Sent – times of individual prayer
The Mission Team has carefully curated the resources below to help our churches engage meaningfully with Thy Kingdom Come 2025. As we unite in prayer across the diocese, we invite all parishes to join us in asking that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully, drawing many to know Jesus Christ personally.
As we approach Pentecost 2025, churches across the diocese are invited to participate in Thy Kingdom Come in three different ways. Parishes can do as much or as little as they wish, in which ever ways suit your context – ideas and resources can be found here and more can be found on the dedicated Thy Kingdom Come website.
